Our Olive Leaf Moisturizer was the first product for the face we developed over 15 years ago. It was originally formulated for sensitive skin but found a much wider audience due to its rich feel, its hydration, and its delightful light natural scent. Olive leaf extract is emollient, and neroli oil is both anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.

Additional botanicals - rose, lavender, chamomile, and aloe - help heal damaged skin while tackling dryness. Ideal for daily use - your skin will look radiant, feel healthy, and stay hydrated. 2 oz glass jar

Face moisturizer slight reaction

I love this product however it does slightly irritate my skin for a brief while after applying. I used it after washing my face both with a cleansing product and just plain water. Slight redness and small bumps, otherwise my skin feels softer as in moisturized. No burning, not painful, and symptoms subsides after a few hours. I love your products and will continue to buy from you.

Crystal - thanks for your kind words - but we really think perhaps you're allergic to one of our ingredients? The irritation/redness is not the kind of reaction we're looking for - I'd take a detailed look at our ingredient list, and see if there's some plant extract or vegetable-based oil that may be causing a reaction.

I love the way this moisturizer smells. I think my wife does as well which is why I had to buy 2 in my last order...she STOLE it!

This is my second bottle of this moisturizer and my skin loves it! Light, well absorbed, smells delightful. I have extremely sensitive skin w rosacea and my skin has taken to this quite nicely. I'm hooked and happy about it.

Soft!

Seems to work well, soft. I used it wet and was effective but mostly using it dry.

First Time Buyer!

I purchased several Heliotrope items when there was an amazing sale. In addition to the Lavender and Sage hand and body lotion, I ordered the eye cream, fragrance free hand and cuticle therapy, and the citrus nutmeg massage candle (cute concept). To date, I have only used the hand and body lotion (love it) and the eye cream (I use it at night and pair it with a different eye serum in the morning). Heliotrope makes quality, small batch products. Since it is a Bay Area company, I am likely to continue to purchase different products in the future. One last comment - I really appreciate that there is no hype or celebrity endorsements attached to Heliotrope -- the products speak for themselves.

My Favorite Soap!

Seriously, I haven’t used anything else since discovering the Rosemary Mint bar. Gentle exfoliation, great lather, and lovely scent — what’s not to like?! I even keep a bar in my travel bag so I always have it with me.

Love the liquid soap

I highly recommend. Discovered Heliotrope randomly in SF when looking for a reasonably priced Aesop alternative. I quickly realized the product was local and had a great feel and smell. When we have guests over they love it too!
