Seems to work well, soft. I used it wet and was effective but mostly using it dry.

I purchased several Heliotrope items when there was an amazing sale. In addition to the Lavender and Sage hand and body lotion, I ordered the eye cream, fragrance free hand and cuticle therapy, and the citrus nutmeg massage candle (cute concept). To date, I have only used the hand and body lotion (love it) and the eye cream (I use it at night and pair it with a different eye serum in the morning). Heliotrope makes quality, small batch products. Since it is a Bay Area company, I am likely to continue to purchase different products in the future. One last comment - I really appreciate that there is no hype or celebrity endorsements attached to Heliotrope -- the products speak for themselves.

Seriously, I haven’t used anything else since discovering the Rosemary Mint bar. Gentle exfoliation, great lather, and lovely scent — what’s not to like?! I even keep a bar in my travel bag so I always have it with me.

I highly recommend. Discovered Heliotrope randomly in SF when looking for a reasonably priced Aesop alternative. I quickly realized the product was local and had a great feel and smell. When we have guests over they love it too!

My hair was in serious need of some hydration after a really dry winter. This conditioner was exactly what I needed, hydrating without being greasy or leaving any buildup. Great for the different hair types in my family. I purchased both Grapefruit Juniper and Rosemary Mint, both of them scented just the perfect amount and not too heavy. Coming back to review again -- I used to be suspicious of pre-poo masks that go on dry, dirty hair (like doesn't it just wash off when you shampoo??) so initially used this product as a deep conditioner after shampooing. But recently I tried actually following the directions and omg?? I love it -- shampoo doesn't dry my hair out as much and the ends of my hair stay moisturized between washes

so rich and luxurious, with a bowl and brush, it makes for a very satisfying experience indeed.

Ordered the charcoal facial scrub and it not only did the job of ridding my face of free radicals but left my skin glowing and feeling fresh.

I experienced a coup de foudre with Heliotrope liquid hand soap for the first time at Contramar, a posh Mexico City restaurant in Colonial Roma, years ago before the Pandemic. I was delighted to discover it was made in San Francisco because I live in DC. My family loves its lathering gentleness so much that when two of my children moved into their apartments, they brought home their empty glass containers to refill at home. That is when JP from Heliotrope intelligently offered me the option to buy the soap in gallon jugs . It is cheaper for me and it is better for the environment!
