Not Overwhelmed

I love the soaps from this company but I am not impressed by the Meditative scent of the Aromatherapy Spray Mist . I was expecting something rather nice was completely underwhelmed. I may try one of the others in the future.

I don't know that I would recommend this particular spray mist (Meditative). It is pleasant, yes, and the mist delivers nicely. It just doesn't longer very long. Maybe it isn't supposed to, though. I'm new to using aromatherapy and it's possible this is behaving just as it should. I certainly will consider ordering from Heliotrope again. Customer service was great, shipping was prompt (no small feat in virus times), and I appreciated the emails keeping me informed of what was happening. If someone asked me if they should order it, I would say give it a try, since I'm not sure I'm right about the persistence level.

Thanks for taking the time to write. Yes, we love pure essential oils because they're all natural - and that means that 1. they don't have the same staying power as lab-created perfumes; their aromatherapy benefits continue to linger throughout the day, whether your nose consciously picks up on the scent or not; AND 2. each batch we get may be slightly different than the last, based on natural growing conditions (versus the consistency of synthetic perfumes oils, which smell the same every time).
