This scrub is awesome - great exfoliator, but doesn't leave your skin tight or raw. Smells great too!

Hi Alicia, we're so glad you loved the shower steamers - did you know you could actually use one for multiple showers? Instead of placing it on the floor, where the water will wash it away, you can store it on the shelf/caddy where you keep your soap - it'll stay dry, and you can spritz it with water whenever you want to diffuse the essential oils!

Cheri - I'm sorry that your shipment seems to have been delayed by UPS. You placed your order on the 4th, then we processed it & shipped it the same day.
If you had contacted us, we would've shipped you a replacement order immediately - I'm not sure why giving a poor rating to the product was your choice for how to resolve this situation? We're known for our great customer service - had we known that your shipment hadn't arrived, we would've fixed the situation immediately.
We will file a claim with UPS right now, and re-ship your order. We ask that you let us know via email if and when your lost shipment arrives, and we hope - when you finally receive your order - that you love your shampoo and give us the courtesy of correcting your rating.
I love the ingredients in this eye cream! It's creamy and rich, so you don't need to use a lot of product. I haven't been using it long but so far, my under eyes are more hydrated. The cream also makes the skin look more smooth too, which is a plus imo.
I was hoping the lotions would be like my absolute (totally unavailable) OPI Avojuice. I love all of your ingredients, but it is just a bit too thick going on. I live in FL and the humidity gives a sticky feeling all day. But it is by far better than any other product I've tried so far.
Also, the pump failed right out of the box.

The product works very well, but it a little messy. The roll on aspect leaves a distinct visual under the arm, so my wife says she can't wear a sleeveless shirt using this product. Otherwise a very affective product!
Hi Randy, thanks for sharing your experience! We're glad the deodorant works well for you. Sorry to hear about the 'mess' - we're actually trying to develop a solid version of this product in order to eliminate the roll-on bottle (which is not refillable), which will also be less likely to be messy :-)
