We're sorry that your brush wasn't as you were hoping for. The overall length of the brush is listed in the description, so I'm surprised to hear that it was 8' shorter than you expected. In addition, we don't claim this brush to be exfoliating (as we do with other brushes we sell) - it's meant for people who need a handle to reach where they can't reach with a washcloth :-)
