Where have I been??! This thing is glorious! It's rough enough to use on my heels but soft enough to not irritate my elbows. It is lovely, truly. It does shrink a bit with use, but dries efficiently by the next morning. I do wish it were about 5 inches longer so my husband could use one. He's had multiple surgeries on both shoulders and it's difficult for him to reach behind and maneuver something like this at this length. Regardless, it's a wonderful product, Helitrope is fantastic, and this product was shipped to me quickly.
