I wonder why you didn't contact us to refund or replace your broken hair brush, rather than write a negative review? We would've happily made things right if you'd given us a chance.
We've been selling brushes from Iris Hantverk for many years, and have had no problems whatsoever. If you let us know, we would've stood by our products & done the right thing.
