The Binchotan Face Scrub Towel weaves ultra-fine Binchotan charcoal powder into every fiber of this high performance face cloth. - it's known to absorb oil and impurities from the skin, while its natural antibacterial qualities prevent bacteria growth within the towel. A cotton/poly blend with charcoal. 7" x 8 1/2".

The Sasawashi Face Scrub Towel revitalizes and cleans skin with all-natural, lightly textured sasawashi, a blend of washi (Japanese paper) and fibers from the Kumazasa plant - it's a durable fabric with twice the absorbency of cotton. 7”x 8”.

Both are machine washable and made in Japan.

Best facial wash cloths!

I love these wash cloths. I've used the binchotan scrub towels for several years and needed to replace my supply. They are the best that I've found for consistently washing my face. I'm so glad that Helioptrope sells them.

Gentle exfoliator for the face

With aging, my skin has become thin and brittle. I have difficulty finding products that are both gentle enough but that are also capable of scrubbing away the dead cells in my face. This is my new helper and I love it. I wash off the cleanser from my face with this cloth and my face feels cleansed, soft and it is not irritated. Lately, I am finishing my shower with this cloth and I like how I feel. I highly recommend it for the whole family. I would dare and say that it can be used for the face and body equally. Enjoy!
